Issue Feedback - Project Reports

Apart from reports for Project Administrators there is another type of report available for users.

This type of reports gives overall statistics on the provided feedback within a given project in a neat and informative visual style.

Report is available for every user with Browse Project permission.

 

You can find this report in the Project Reports section.

Select Feedback Report to enter the menu

 

In the opened report user can find the menu panel with the filters available to set up.

 

Type

This the primary setting defining the type of report to build.

Available types:

  • Bar

  • Pie

  • Doughnut

  • Comparison

Each of these option presents different report visualization. Comparison has another logic. This type gives users the ability to set custom time interval to compare grades divided by chosen periods (see below).

This report type requires date range selection

 

 

Issue type, Component, Priority

These filters available for every report Type and limit the results depending on the selected options.

 

Time interval

(not available for Comparison)

This option lets users to select the time period to limit the results. You can select to show results for the Current month, Last month, 3 months back or to give your own Date range.
