The data that Issue Feedback add-on collects is stored on your behalf on your Jira Server.
As a vendor Globo Solutions doesn’t have access to the logs and database-stored data. Also we don’t track any activities of the users on your server. We may ask for logs from our customers if it is needed to troubleshoot any problems related to the app.

We do not collect, retrieve, transmit, record, organize, store, alter, use, disclosure or otherwise process Personal Data
Third Parties Collecting Your Information
Because of the app license you obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace or through a license reseller, certain technical contact and billing contact information is sent to Globo Solutions via the Atlassian Sales API.
