The software provided on Atlassian Marketplace (“Software”) is the property of G-Core Labs S.A.Globo Solutions., a Luxembourg company with its registered address at 2A, rue Albert Borschette, L-1246 Luxembourg.
By using the Software you confirm your acceptance of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). The terms and conditions of the EULA shall constitute the agreement between you and G-Core Labs S.AGlobo Solutions.
This Agreement constitutes the “Publisher’s EULA” for the purposes of Section 3(a) of the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you install Software of G-Core Labs Globo Solutions into any Confluence or JIRA installation or other Atlassian product.

This license is non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual, subject to timely payment of all fees as indicated on G-Core Labs’ Globo Solutions’ page on Atlassian Marketplace. If you breach or otherwise violate any part of this Agreement in any manner, you lose all rights under the license and the Agreement can be terminated by G-Core Labs Globo Solutions with immediate notice.
4. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that any Software supplied by G-Core Labs Globo Solutions will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. G-Core Labs Globo Solutions excludes and expressly disclaims all express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement, so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
G-Core Labs Globo Solutions shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term or otherwise, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by G-Core Labs' Globo Solutions negligence or the negligence of its agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the Agreement. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that G-Core Labs Globo Solutions are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that G-Core Labs' Globo Solutions liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software license.

7. Assignment of Rights
You shall not assign this Agreement or any benefits or interests arising under this Agreement without G-Core Labs' Globo Solutions prior written permission.

The ownership and all other rights in connection with the Software shall remain with G-Core LabsGlobo Solutions.
9. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Luxembourg. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and G-Core Labs Globo Solutions as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of G-Core LabsGlobo Solutions. You agree that G-Core Labs Globo Solutions will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you. G-Core LabsGlobo Solutions' performance under this Agreement is subject at all times to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of G-Core LabsGlobo Solutions's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of G-Core Labs Globo Solutions or information provided to or gathered by G-Core Labs Globo Solutions with respect to such use.

Not limiting any rights of G-Core Labs Globo Solutions under the Agreement or at law, G-Core Labs Globo Solutions may discontinue the Software and terminate the Agreement at its discretion upon 30 days’ notice.
